Abel McCallister Designs, LLC is a full-service event production company that specializes in creative brand marketing and produces multi-city tours, red-carpet parties, brand launches, editor events and pop-up shops. As Executive Producer for the NY office, I oversee events produced in our East and West Coast offices.

With a warehouse full of event props and decor, the need to keep the constantly changing inventory organized is very important. We keep bins full of a variety of elements, using the P-touch to change the listing on the outside of the bins as the inventory changes. For four years and counting, P-touch has helped us have durable labels on our shelving and bins that can be swapped out as needed to manage our ever-changing inventory.

I have been a freelance office services manager for more than 20 years. And I’ve used P-touch labeler at every single job. It makes my job and life a whole lot easier. Employees rely on me to be organized. That’s my job, really. I don’t do the finance. I don’t do the conference calls. I just keep the office running smoothly. I’m a rooftop beekeeper in Brooklyn. I use my P-touch to label all of my key tools and equipment, everything from the boxes with all of the different honey knives and smokers, to my jacket and veil, to the beehive itself.

My family and I own a full-service kitchen design and remodeling company in Cranford, N.J., called Dream Kitchens. We have been in business for seven years and recently moved into a new showroom, where we have more than 55 styles and colors of countertops.

The tiles that come in from the fabricators are hand-written and sometimes impossible to read. P-touch labels make them easy to read for our customers. For more than 25 years, I have been a member of the Directors Guild of America. As a director, I oversee several different functions on any given day, but most people don’t think about how we mark the stage for talent and stage crew.

Before, we used thick specialty tape and marker on stage so stage hands and talent would know the crucial placements for props and scenic criteria. But after just a few weeks of performances, mopping, and overall traffic onstage, the tape would pull off the floor. Then we tried the P-touch. I am the Director of Business Development as well as Senior Event Coordinator for David Tutera, a full-service wedding/event planning company.

We just concluded our biggest wedding of the year and I used my P-touch to create files, folders and binders for myself and our execution team. With all of our events happening at the same time, P-touch labels help keep us sane by keeping everything organized.

I teach all styles of dance at Breaking Ground Dance Center, a dance school with over 500 students, ages 2 to 18. With hundreds of kids and their parents roaming the studio, there’s a lot of stuff. Makeup, bobby pins, tap shoes, not to mention the intricate costumes and props for all of the dances that fill up all of our free space.

To keep everything organized, we use Brother P-touch to label costumes by students’ last names, and each age group gets its own color tape. I volunteer at a fire company that serves residents and businesses of Greenwich Township in Warren County, New Jersey. For 15 years, we’ve used the P-touch to label every portable tool and piece of equipment and fire apparatus. We know we can rely on P-touch. At Strength and Fitness Club, a full-service, family-owned and operated gym, we provide fitness classes, Health coaching and personal training. One of our biggest challenges before P-touch was keeping the gym professional-looking. I work at Profound Cloud, where we offer cloud solutions that help growing businesses achieve greater mobility, agility, and efficiency. Since 2007, we have implemented hundreds of cloud-centric IT solutions, all of which require a ton of equipment.

We use the label maker to neatly label our network hardware. Everything from the phone and Ethernet jacks, to the switch and server names, to the bins of assorted IT hardware. At David Ellis Events, all of our clients ask to see hard copies of their event as it’s being planned. Everything from catering menus, to lighting look books, to talent headshots – they all need to see everything on paper – which adds up to a lot of paper!

I’ve been teaching for the past 12 years. Right now, I teach Reading/ESL to middle school students. With so many students and all of their papers, I need help keeping everything organized. That’s where Brother P-touch comes in. I use my P-touch to label cabinets that contain many resources and reference books so I can find them easily, and so can my substitutes. I label file folders with student information so they are neat and organized.

As full-time work-from-home mom, and an avid seeker of perfection, staying organized is crucial for my sanity. I created and run Truckshop, a mobile fashion boutique. We transformed a bread delivery truck into a fashion boutique on wheels, where we sell clothing and jewelry on budget.

I used to organize and re-organize, but nothing would stay in place. Labels really do make all of the difference! No matter who uses the items, they are always put back in the right spot.

Two and a half years ago, I went on an adventure – a 57,000-mile road trip. I wanted people to read about my adventures in my blog, "Halcyon Highway," so I labeled the bumper of my car with the link. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in San Francisco, California, and I have owned my own business, Anna Wu Photography, since 2007.

I have labeled pretty much everything in sight, especially in my wedding emergency kit – I label all of my handy tools such as scissors, sticky tack, bobby pins, floss, tissues, etc. It’s great both as a practical tool for organization and a decorative way to label mementos and photographs. I have been collecting signed Yankee baseballs for several decades. It used to be hard to identify whose signatures were on the baseballs. I’d always get the baseballs mixed up when showing my friends, until I started using my P-touch labeler.

My husband and I make pure Vermont maple syrup, maple sugar, maple cream, maple seasoning, even maple puffed corn!

I’ve used my P-touch for over 10 years, first as a teacher and now for my maple syrup company. I am a stagehand in New York City, and have worked in both TV and theater for the past 19 years. I am responsible for the overall function of the production.

I have used my P-touch on the sets of TV shows I work on. On a recent cooking show, we used it to label different cooking utensils so the guests could easily grab the right tools. The head electrician on the show used his P-touch to label important electrical lines, both for the functionality of the show, and for the sake of safety purposes. Having clear and legible labels on high voltage plugs and outlets is obviously important to everyone on the show. As a professional organizer and author of Secrets of an Organized Mom, there is no tool that I use more than my Brother P-touch.
